1. View the calendar below to find your preferred appointment time. Available appointments are in spaces NOT marked "busy" between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday - Friday. (Appointments are an hour in length, but may appear on the calendar as 30 minutes.)

2. Once you have found a time you would like to reserve, click here to send your request. Your appointment is not booked until you receive an email confirmation.
